The Grand Daddy Boutique Hotel in Cape Town is housed in a heritage building, and has been operating as a boutique hotel for over 120 years. The hotel’s unique features are the popular outdoor Pink Flamingo Rooftop Cinema, Thirty Ate eatery, boutique hotel accommodation and South Africa’s only rooftop Airstream Trailer Park. The seven airstream trailers have their own individual decor theme and collectively reflect a typical South African road trip. Drawing inspiration from around Mzansi, the trailers provide an experience of different parts of the country. The Pink Flamingo Rooftop Cinema is set among seven vintage airstream trailers on the rooftop of the Grand Daddy Hotel, and offer regular screening of films. The hotel also offers standard rooms and suites and events venue.
