Vistara to expand its network to Goa and Hyderabad
Vistara has announced the addition of two new routes, Goa and Hyderabad from February 20 and March 1, 2015 respectively. Starting its operations initially with 68 frequencies weekly, Vistara is scaling up and will operate 164 frequencies a week by March, 2015. The historical city of Hyderabad is fast emerging as a corporate hub whereas Goa enjoys the reputation of being one of most coveted holiday destinations in India, making them natural additions to Vistara’s route network.
Phee Teik Yeoh, CEO, Vistara said, “Vistara has received an overwhelming response since its launch and we are delighted to announce the expansion of our network with flights from Delhi to Hyderabad and Delhi to Goa. Both these cities offer huge potential in terms of passenger traffic. With the introduction of our new flights, we are in a strong position to enhance domestic air connectivity and provide Vistara experience to more customers in India.”
With three aircrafts currently and Delhi as its operational hub, Vistara will have a fleet size of five by March and will soon announce the addition of more destinations.
