As part of the Brand USA ‘DiscoverAmerica’ Educational Seminars, Visit California participated in training travel agents in the Indian city of Lucknow this May 2015. Around 40 travel agents from the city of Lucknow were present in the seminar that provided them an ideal platform to find information on the Golden State of California.
Visit California also encouraged travel agents to register and complete the online training programme and become a ‘California expert’ by logging on californiaexpert.in and qualify for the annual lucky draw. This interactive online training course provides travel agents with the knowledge and skills required to plan trips to California more effectively. The seminar also encouraged the travel agents in expanding their itineraries for their clients travelling all year around.
