Accor, one of the leading hotel operator, with 470,000 rooms in 3,700 hotels across 14 trusted brands in 92 countries, has announced that it will participate shortly in TripAdvisor instant booking to reserve rooms at Accor properties.
The TripAdvisor instant booking feature allows travellers to book a room through TripAdvisor booking partners like Accor without leaving the TripAdvisor site experience. The feature is currently available to US based travellers.
Romain Roulleau, senior vice president, e-Commerce, Accor said, “Our instant booking partnership with TripAdvisor offers a new seamless channel for travellers to find and book rooms at Accor properties around the world that will enhance the customer experience especially on mobile devices. It will definitely feed our ambition to lead in digital hospitality.”
