Tourism Marketing Alliance (TMA) kick starts three city roadshow in East India
The writting is clear on the wall. The travel industry especially in the outbound business scenario is going through a metamorphosis and the demand to travel abroad is growing fast from India’s Tier II and III cities. An alliance formed with four industry professional companies namely MSC Cruises, RezLive, BookonBlueStar.com, Pearl Tourism and Leisure Group have come together to educate the travel agents and tour operators on the potential to work with them as partners.
The Patna city roadshow witnessed a robust delegate count with 91 travel agents attending the event. This clearly reflects the interest that the region has to activate bookings for international travel.
Jayesh Ashar, of Pearl Tourism showcased a portfolio of products across countries from Africa to Australia, Europe and Bali. RezLive with it’s spokesperson Zaheer gave the attendees a serious showcase of empowering new agents to work as partners. MSC Cruises received a enthusiast response from the attendees, which shows that outbound cruise tourism has promise. BlueStar represented by Bhavesh Oza, spoken about the importance of railbookings and airline bookings.
The three city roadshow in Patna, Kolkata and Bhubaneswar received an encouraging response, which also reflected the temperament of the market and it’s interest on the outbound Tourism business.
