TaxiForSure, the taxi service provider has crossed the 10 million rides milestone. The company that began operations in Bengaluru is now present in 52 cities across India and offers economical ride with rides starting at INR 49.
Arvind Singhal, CEO, TaxiForSure said, “We are making travelling within the city hassle free as we provide an AC cab to customers when they need one and where they need it. Customers don’t have to worry about driving through traffic, or finding parking and even hailing an auto or waiting for a bus, as we are providing a more economical, convenient and easy option to them. This milestone is a testimony of the trust and acceptance by our customers, who are using our services to go to office, parties or their neighborhood market or even to drop their kids to the school. We will continue making travel convenient and TaxiForSure an integral part of the daily life of the one billion plus Indians.”
TaxiForSure is looking at increasing its customer base by 10 times this financial year and growing it from two million to 20 million. Starting May 7, 2015 the company dropped its rates/charges. Most critically the company removed all surcharge fee or peak time charge.
