Relais & Chateaux, an association of 560 hotels and restaurants in more than 64 countries, has appointed Nidhe Sood as regional manager for India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. Sood, with about 15 years of experience in high-end boutique hospitality, started her career with Shreyas Yoga Retreat India in 2002, a Relais & Chateaux member, and has been head of marketing, sales and business development. Her experience includes managing the sales and marketing strategy for Shreyas globally as well as handling all media, publicity, travel trade relations, website (website building, content, social media, SynXis etc) and business development activities.
Sood has extensive networking experience and has attended domestic and international trade shows and events to represent and market Shreyas Yoga Retreat. Nidhe is an Indian national and based in New Delhi, and will be responsible for the promotion, PR and co-ordination for 15 Relais & Chateaux properties in this region.
