Pushkar Camel Fair goes digital
Pushkar Camel Fair in Rajasthan, the world’s largest camel market, is now set open to the world. The five-day event starts November 18, 2015. Virtual explorers can now attend one of India’s longest-standing traditions – from the comfort of their own home. They can join and interact with Georama guide, Henna, live during the festival, which is set against a sea of 50,000 dusty camels and rolling dunes, Explorers can also watch people buy and sell livestock and meet with relatives and celebrate life after the annual harvest.
