Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort in El Jadida, Morocco, has been selected to host the World Travel Awards (WTA) Grand Final 2015. Set to take place on December 12, 2015, the ceremony will welcome hospitality leaders and luminaries from around the world.
Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort itself was opened in October 2009 following a multi-million dollar investment project initiated by HRH Mohammed VI, the King of Morocco. The resort, which encompasses 250 hectares of the Atlantic coast, was created by Kerzner International, an international developer and operator of destination resorts.

WTA Gala ceremonies are regarded as one of the best networking opportunities in the travel industry, attended by government and industry leaders, luminaries, and international print and broadcast media. Each year WTA covers the globe with a series of regional gala ceremonies staged to recognise individual and collective successes within each key geographical region.
