Kenya Airways resumes flights to Liberia
Kenya Airways, which started operations between Accra and Monrovia on March 29, 2015, will now sell transit traffic through Nairobi to its entire network. This is after the Kenyan Ministry of Health lifted the suspension initiated in August 2014, for persons who had visited Liberia following the outbreak Ebola.
Mbuvi Ngunze, group CEO and managing director, Kenya Airways said, “The airline in consultation with the Ministry of Health has constantly assessed the situation and is pleased with the latest development.”
