With the announcement of these new flights, we feel encouraged by our customer’s support and feedback by our passengers, especially from Coimbatore, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai. I am absolutely excited to launch these flights. It is our constant endeavour to provide more flexibility and choice for our customers as IndiGo continues to offer them on time, hassle free, always affordable and the best flying experiences.”
Enhancing customer experience, in June IndiGo became the first airline to introduce ‘Advance Pass’ service. The passengers can also drop their bags at the bag drop counters which are available at major airports.
