In a bid to further strengthen its operations, IndiGo has announced the launch of six new and five additional frequencies on its existing domestic network. Effective February 1, 2018 IndiGo will connect Chennai with first direct flight on Chennai – Udaipur, Chennai – Varanasi, Chennai – Patna and Chennai – Lucknow sectors. Five additional on Ahmedabad – Chennai, Chennai – Thiruvananthapuram, Thiruvananthapuram – Chennai, Chennai – Ahmedabad and Jaipur – Chennai sectors are also being introduced. IndiGo will also introduce first direct flight on Patna – Varanasi, Udaipur – Jaipur, Jaipur – Chennai sectors as well.
