Together with this integration, both the companies want to optimise the enormous opportunities that lie in the travel management marketplace.
MyTaxi a highly successful taxi-ordering app provides a direct connection between the taxi driver and the passenger. Additionally myTaxi app also allows customers to book the taxi on the go through their smartphones or tablet, from anytime, anywhere with an additional feature of selecting the driver of their choice.
On the other hand, the partnership with myTaxi also provides newer business opportunities as the transactions happen on the platform of Concur: This allows travellers to book their taxi on their myTaxi app directly, while their accounts may be included in the solution for the travel expenses of Concur automatically. The user can specify in the payment if his postings are to be forwarded to Concur and can log it with his Concur account directly access data on myTaxi app. The book and the electronic invoice will then be applied directly as a complete accounting record in Concur Expense. Following the business, traveller can settle all his travel expenses, without having to attach a document or information of the myTaxi booking.
