Australian criket stars Shane Warne and Brett Lee showcased the new luxury cruise experience from Monarch that brings Bollywood and cricket together. The two cricket icons gave the audience a preview of the entertainment offerings onboard with their conversation with renowned chef Shipra, DJ Gouri and DJ Akanksha. Somesh Jagga, CEO, Monarch Cruise, presented the luxurious experience of the 800-cabin cruise and announced a limited period offer on bookings made before April 30, 2016.
Jagga said, “Throughout this cruise, we will bring to Indian travellers luxury cruising lifestyle in a unique way. We are delighted to have with us several of the personalities who will be onboard the Monarch Cruise. We are sure that the cruise will give travellers the experience of what it will be like to meet their favourite cricket stars and celebrities.”
The cruise offers seven differeent itineraries with four seven-day legs, two 13-day legs, and one 26-day experience. Departing from Singapore March 5, 2017, the ship will cruise through Kuala Lumpur, Phuket, Penang, Colombo and Kochi, before reaching Mumbai and retracing the route back to Singapore. As per the initial reports, ticket sales have been strong with few cabin types already sold out.
Other stars and personalities onboard the Monarch Cruise include Kumar Sangakarra, Brendon McCullum, Graeme Smith, Jacques Kallis, Dean Jones, Michael Bevan, Mark Boucher, Jef Thomson, Damien Martyn, Shane Lee and more. The cruise will feature red carpet gala events, shore entertainment and gourmet meals.
