Booking.com has expanded its mobile presence with the launch of Booking Now for Android. Users can now choose from Booking.com’s selection of over 670,000 properties in more than 79,000 unique destinations. Booking Now for Android can be completely tailored to each user’s traveller profile, filtering by personal preferences such as price, Wi-Fi, breakfast and parking requirements.
The app for Android automatically generates accommodation suggestions based on travellers’ exact street level location and individual preferences, while geo-location technology provides users with step-by step directions right to the front door of each property.

Some 86 per cent of global travellers are likely to book accommodation using a smartphone in 2015, with 85 per cent agreeing that because technology makes booking on the go easier, they can be more spontaneous when it comes to taking trips.
