Bangkok Airways has launched a privileged card designed exclusively for undergraduates or university students. The newly-launched Student Plus Card of Bangkok Airways will offer cardholders privileges such as 10 per cent discounts on domestic air tickets, 1.2x FlyerBonus points and a 30-kg baggage allowance. In addition to that, Student Plus cardholders will also be able to enjoy extra benefits from participating restaurants, hotels, shops and car rentals.
Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth, vice president- sales, Bangkok Airways said, “In order to respond to the growing number of young travellers or college students, we have launched our first-ever Student Plus Card campaign. This Student Plus Card is our new marketing campaign that aims to tap into the university students market to introduce Bangkok Airways to them as well as to encourage them to travel more within Thailand.”
To celebrate the launch, the airline is offering an extra 20 per cent discount off domestic air tickets for three months to those who enroll themselves between April 20 and July 31, 2015.
