65th TAAI Convention opening ceremony to be held at Haigeng Convention Centre, Kunming

The Vice Governor of Yunnan Province, His Excellency Chen Shun will be the distinguished guest at the 65th Convention of TAAI being held at Kunming, China from November 27 to 29, 2018. This historic convention being organised in association with Yunnan Provincial Tourism Development Commission (YPTDC), China, will herald a new level of tourism ties between the two nations. The opening ceremony of the convention will be held at the Haigeng Convention Centre in Kunming.

Li Bijian, DCM and Minister Counselor, Embassy of China, New Delhi will also be addressing the delegates on November 28, 2018. The delegates will be accommodated in the InterContinental Hotel, Kunming, close to the most famous Dianchi Lake. It is also the convention venue. Post and pre tours have been arranged by TAAI to Dali, Yuxi and Lijiang. In addition there will be city tours and tours to the Sleeping Beauty in the Western mountains and the amazing Stone Forest & Caves.

A combination of Chinese & Indian ethnicity and culture will dominate the entertainment at Kunming. TAAI’s B2B India Travel Trade Expo, will offer opportunities to interact with sellers. The second TAAI Golf Tournament will be held on November 27, 2018 at the Kunming Dianchi Lake View Golf Club. The two teams – players from India & China will play to win the Sino-India TAAI.UniGlobe Golf Cup.
