To celebrate the coming of the ‘Year of Monkey’, from the January 23 to February 22, 2016, the Ocean Terminal Forecourt of Harbour City will be set-up in festive Chinese New Year decorations with golden coins and peaches which represent wealth and longevity in Chinese tradition. Harbour City will also have the God of Fortune Meet and Greet on January 27 and 28 along with a large scale Dragon and Lion dance performances. To welcome the arrival of the Year of Monkey, Harbour City and design collective ‘Communion W’ joined to launch the ‘A new start, a fresh start’ limited edition red packet and clutch bag set. The set features eight large and eight small red packets in four different designs inspired by natural elements including the sun, clouds, mountains, and leaves, which also represents the five-element theory of Chinese philosophy.
