The Mahindra Kabira Festival will run from November 4 to 6, 2016, at the Darbhanga and Assi ghats of Varanasi, offering an immersive experience Kabir’s philosophies and the lyrical aspect of his teachings through a programme which will celebrate Kabir’s work with the spirit of Varanasi, his birthplace. The festival will feature music along with heritage walks, literature sessions, food and yoga. The three-day festival will allow visitors to meditate on the banks of the holy Ganga, savour the local Banarasi cuisine and do local shopping. While attendance to the events across the three days is free and open to all, customised delegate packages offer a curated experience of the festival.
