For the first time Manila, Philippines is all set to host the Madrid Fusion, which is held annually in Madrid, Spain and is attended by elite chefs and experts in the culinary field to discuss trends, the evolution of tastes, and the new food habits from April 24-26, 2015. The fest will be held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, Philippines. This year the fest will feature the Gastronomy Congress and the Trade Exhibition. For the first edition, the event will witness an encounter between Spanish and Filipino chefs to celebrate more than 300 years of shared history. Highlighting the Philippines as a culinary center of excellence in Asia, Madrid Fusión Manila will present an opportunity for chefs, food aficionados, and food and beverage company professionals to come together, learn new things and share their talent, expertise, as well as products with the market.
