Dr. Burak Akcapar, ambassador of the Republic of Turkey called on minister of civil aviation, P Ashok Gajapathi Raju recently to express the need to increase air connectivity between Turkey and India by increasing the number of flights operating between the two countries. He also urged to provide connectivity to different states in India for the promotion of trade and tourism. The minister agreed to study various issues raised by the ambassador and to mutually resolve the same after due deliberations.
