Tourism New Zealand (TNZ) has announced its new look for its trade website which is now aligned with the organisation’s online brand to provide a consistent look and feel. As the primary source of information to help travel sellers learn more about New Zealand and how to sell it, the site provides training tools and resources such as TNZ’s online modules and the 100 per cent Pure New Zealand Specialist programme.
The 100 per cent Pure New Zealand Specialist Programme is an integral part of Tourism New Zealand’s work with travel agents. The redevelopment for the website was initiated to ensure that the site provides current, relevant educational resources and tools for the products and experiences available – both to those new to selling New Zealand and those very familiar with the country.
Mischa Mannix-Opie, regional manager– South and South East Asia, Tourism New Zealand said, “Our enhanced trade programme combined with in-marketing training offers travel sellers all the tools required to expand their knowledge for the various tourism products available. The trade programme runs across various forms in different markets and has evolved significantly over the years. The new trade website makes information about the destination more accessible, visually engaging and user friendly for our trade partners.”
