Mona Cheriyan has been appointed as chief operating officer and head, human resources of Thomas Cook (India) w.e.f. August 25, 2014. With a career spanning almost 30 years, Cheriyan started her career as associate professor at Sophia College before moving on to NIIT as a senior systems executive. At Thomas Cook India, Cheriyan’s mandate is to give strategic direction to the human resources portfolio of the company as also its education and training vertical Centre of Learning.
