In order to increase product awareness and educate the Indian travel agents about its products and offerings, Rail Europe India will conduct a series of training programmes for retail agents, Global Sales Agents (GSAs) and their sub-agents across India from October 5 to October 23, 2012. These training sessions will be held in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai. Jason Tarabo, trainer from Rail Europe’s head office in Paris, will conduct these sessions. Kunal Kothari, executive director, Rail Europe India said, “This is the first time we have planned a series of training programmes for agents in India, keeping in mind our ‘India Focus’ initiative. We understand that only when they are informed about our various products they can promote them and advise the buyer appropriately.”
Rail Europe will also be organising a training session in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
