FHRI Hotels & Resorts has launched Famous Agents Academy for travel agents. Earlier, members of FRHI Hotels & Resorts’ Famous Agents programme already had a comprehensive education and rewards system, but now they’re set to learn more and earn more through the creation of the Famous Agents Academy.
FRHI – the operator of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts – has enhanced its programme to further travel agents’ understanding of its three distinctive hotel brands.
Member agents now have the opportunity to take online courses and earn bonus Famous Agents points, which can later be redeemed for free room nights and other rewards. The Famous Agents Academy is accredited by Travel Agent University.
Upon successfully passing each module, members will receive both course credit with Travel Agent University as well as bonus Famous Agents points. The number of credits and points earned will vary from course to course, and as an additional incentive, members can earn 15 bonus points for completing the first module. Agents can choose from a variety of courses and material can be covered at their own pace.
