Indians are no longer stranger to the world of luxury train travel. In India, after Rajasthan, Maharashtra was the second state to introduce a luxurious train – The Deccan Odyssey. Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation (MTDC) has announced 40 per cent special discount on printed tariff for the March 20, 2013 tour.
The seven-night journey on Deccan Odyssey promises to be unique memorable experience. On leaving Mumbai the train takes you through exotic destinations, namely Sindhudurg, Goa, Vasco, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Ajanta and Nasik.
