KLM plans to celebrate the King’s Day, a colorful festival of Netherlands, with its Indian customers. For Indian travellers, the airline will share festive mood by celebrating this day which is typical to Dutch and KLM. The objective is to connect to the Indian customer and acquaint them with the spirit of Netherlands and Dutch culture. For KLM flight KL872 on April 26, 2014, KLM will welcome all its passengers with Dutch sweets having special Kings Day message. In addition, the counter will be decorated around theme of Orange and kids will be gifted with attractive crowns each giving a feel of the much awaited and celebrated festival of Netherlands.
The Dutch commemorate the birthday of the country’s King and is thus the national holiday in the Netherlands.
