British Airways introduces new in-flight menu for Indian customers

British Airways is introducing in-flight menu for the preferences and tastes of its Indian customers across all cabins from Delhi and Mumbai. In collaboration with Oberoi Flight Services (OFS) and based on customer insights in India, this new menu is reflective of authentic Indian flavours and seasonal offerings. Specially designed for the Indian customer is a selection of delectable dishes that can be enjoyed over breakfast, main course, snacks, pâtisserie and desserts or with drink, e.g. salmon and crab meat parcel, pan seared prawns, coriander vinegrette drizzle, kareli roganjosh, cold smoked Scottish salmon, honey glazed ham.
