Airbus has confirmed that Sean O’Keefe, chairman and CEO, Airbus Group, Inc, the company’s North American business unit, will resign his position effective March 1, 2014. His successor will be Allan McArtor, currently chairman of Airbus Americas. In his new capacity, McArtor will be a member of the Airbus Group executive committee. He will also be named one of the ‘Living Legends of Aviation’ at an awards ceremony in California.
