Primarily driven by traditional avenues of Tourism, the sector has witnessed exponential growth in niche sub sectors such as MICE, medical and wellness, adventure, sports, amongst others. Further, leveraging technology for a robust digital ecosystem will transform India into a ‘Smart Tourism’ destination. I am confident that the YES BANK – FICCI Knowledge Report will be a great value-addition for all stakeholders and promote meaningful dialogue towards boosting inbound tourism in India.”

YES BANK continues to work closely with Union & State Governments, while actively engaging with stakeholders in the Tourism value-chain. YES BANK is the first bank to win the prestigious National Tourism Award, instituted by Ministry of Tourism, for its unique ‘Edge of India’ initiative. A pioneer of Knowledge Banking, YES BANK also collaborated with the Ministry of Tourism at their marquee initiative – Incredible India Tourism Investors’ Summit, 2016.
