Indian travellers applying for a Schengen visa for Italy, Estonia, Austria, Denmark, Latvia, Finland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Latvia or Greece can now be assisted with filling their visa application forms over the phone. VFS Global has launched a helpline number, +91 22 67866028, to connect applicants to trained personnel who can provide assistance for their Schengen visa application form related queries. The VFS Global helpline assists visa applicants with the necessary support and information required for documentation of their visa applications.

The service is available in English and Hindi, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with an option to pay service fees online or through IVR payment.
